While tractors and cornfields may come to mind when consumers think about traditional agriculture, educators and business professionals say it's time to think outside the box. Agriculture today is a highly technical industry with more than 300 professional science, technology and business career fields. And the Illinois agriculture industry has diverse positions to fill with qualified high school and college graduates.
