FY 2019 Agriculture Education Three Circles Grant Applications

Submission of applications no later than October 31, 2018 to receive July 1 start date


This applies to revised allocations due to salary and benefit changes that occurred within the Challenge Period for Districts ending August 31st. Additionally, a second group of new allocations were created for schools that submitted their inital application after August 15th. This affects about 45 schools. If you have already submitted your FY19 Three Circles application to ISBE, please disregard this message.

Please submit original Three Circles applications that have revised and new allocations to ISBE as soon as possible. The following guidance below was provided in an IWAS message to all grantees:


FY19 Agricultural Education - Three Circles (FFA and SAE) Application is Available in IWAS

The FY19 Agricultural Education - Three Circles (FFA and SAE) grant application is available in the Electronic Grant Management System (eGMS) through the ISBE Web Application Security (IWAS) for Fiscal Year 2019.

All eligible applicants must create and submit an application through the IWAS system.  You are receiving this notification due to a revision of FY19 allocations. 

Create your FY19 application:

Once you are in the "FY19 Agricultural Education - Three Circles (FFA and SAE)" system, please select Year: 2019 and choose "Create Application."


Extended Due Date:  Due to delay in award notification or allocation adjustment, the application is due on or before October 31, 2018, to establish a July 1, 2018, start date.  If the Initial application is received after October 31, the date of receipt establishes the project begin date.
